Job Description

  • Required :

    • Proven inside sales experience with a track record of over-achieving quota.
    • Assertive phone presence and experience in dialing 80+calls per day.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage in non-scripted sales call and discussions with C-suite level executives.
    • Meet performance parameters as defined for the team and remain calibrated on workflow(s).
    • Sales-oriented and capable of successfully engaging the prospect in progressive discussions.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • Expertise in prospecting across multiple industries (Auto, Restaurant, Technology, Grocery, Retail, NFP, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Hospitality).
    • Ability to exercise judgment and display problem solving skills.
    Preferred :
    • Prior experience in outbound sales/telemarketing/US-bound cold calling process.
    • Understanding of US market and industry trends.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications (primarily MS Excel).
    • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
    Desirable :
    • Basic Understanding of FAO (Finance and Accounting Outsourcing).
    • Prior finance and accounting background.
    • The individual must possess these skills and abilities and demonstrate that she/he can perform the essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some combination of skills and abilities.
    Key Metrics measured :Engage with prospective clients through multiple channels to gain an appointment for the US BD Team :
    • Reach out to 80+ small and medium businesses (via cold calling) on a daily basis.
    • Attempt to connect with 35 40 prospects via emails/social networking sites on a daily basis.
    • Convert suspect into prospect by setting up 3 meeting per week with the potential buyers.
    • Ensure quality standards in all calls and interactions and meet minimum 70% execution of secured leads.
    Work Experience : 2 years and above.Other Prerequisites :
    • Required to work in shifts. Based on business/project requirement will work US hours.
    • Ability to work under target pressure and extra hours, if needed.
    Working Conditions and Environment : Employee must be willing to work at location in a small- to mid-sized office and as a part of QBSS presales/inside sales team.we are open to hire people with excellent communication skills with B2C/B2B selling exposure OR carrying collections background & need not necessarily F&A domain.
