Job Description

• Position Title: Assistant Manager : eFinance
  Function : Finance
  Reports To : Senior Manager / AVP - Finance
  Basic Functions :
  The candidate should have hands on experience / knowledge in following areas:
  • Functionalities of Finance Modules PO, AP, FA, iExpense & GL
  • Work experience in FSG reporting
  •  Monthly Financial Closing Process
  • Work in close coordination with end user community and independently manage ERP BAU Operation
  • Coordinate with Technology teams for development and System
  • Admin related activities
  • User training and coaching
  Essential Functions :
  The applicant should be Finance System SMEs with expertise in following areas:
  • Knowledge of Finance Business Processes and their flow in finance systems Oracle Apps ERP
  • Knowledge of system configuration of Finance modules and their flow in finance systems Oracle Apps ERP
  • Knowledge of issue resolution and bug fixing and co-ordinate with Oracle for desired solution. 
  • Knowledge of Financial Closing Process
  • Knowledge of Document Management, Compliance & Audit
  • Should have worked on support function and sound knowledge of user management
  • Ability to manage team and users expectation
  • Experience on Oracle 11i and 12i
  • Ability to manage Cross-functional coordination
  Technical Skills :
  • Good knowledge accounting flow in the system
  • Should know system configuration of finance modules
  • Good Knowledge in P2P and GL Modules
  • Good knowledge for definition of Financial Statement Generator(FSG)
  • Have basic knowledge of iExpense module
  Process Specific Skills :
  • Understand end to end process of P2P, O2C & R2R in oracle
  • Process and functions of Oracle Financial modules
  • Should have worked on support function
  Work Experience Requirement :
  Minimum 3 to 5 Years experience in Oracle ERP
  Education Requirement :
  Commerce Graduate & above
