• Education & Experience & competency Preference :
  Graduate 
  Street smart professional, well conversant in both Hindi & English
  Preferably past experience for Insurance sales
  Sales Advisor Role & Job Description :
  Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
  Understand customer needs and requirements of online customers of Max Life Insurance**, who are looking to purchase a new online life insurance product or wish to understand more/have queries to be resolved
  Research accounts, identify probable leads and generate interest and complete an online application (proposal form) along with the customer & help customer with online payment completion
  Thru tele route, should be able to qualify opportunities, close sales for customer acquisition
  Should be able to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets 
  Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  Terms 
  Should be comfortable working for 6 day (rotational offs)
  Shift timing will range between 9 am to 9 pm (9 hours shift, roster Weekly / monthly depending upon the staffing requirement)
  Final selection subject to clearing of training assessment & IRDA certification
