Job Description
AI Solution Development- Collaborating with stakeholders, business analysts, architects and engineers to design, develop, test, and implement AI-enabled automated solutions.
- Building and maintaining knowledge bases to support Agentic AI systems.
- Integrating vector databases and semantic search capabilities into AI applications.
- Implementing high-performance AI models using modern frameworks and libraries.
Coding & Quality- Writing clean, secure, scalable, and testable code.
- Participating in peer programming and code reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
- Designing feedback loops and improving model performance using ML Ops best practices.
MLOps & Deployment- Managing feature stores, data pipelines, and AI deployment workflows.
- Building and maintaining production-ready AI pipelines with monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Using prompt engineering techniques to optimize interactions with AI models.
Collaboration & Technology Integration- Working closely with internal enablement teams to integrate new AI technologies into business workflows.
- Staying updated on emerging AI frameworks, tools, and architectures.
