  • We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent applications that leverage Machine Learning, Conversational AI, and custom datasets. The role involves building MCP (Model Control Platform) applications, creating chatbots and interactive tools to answer business queries, and integrating AI-driven solutions into enterprise workflows.
  Key Responsibilities :
  • Data Analysis & Preparation
  • Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Perform feature engineering and exploratory data analysis for model readiness.
  • Model Development
  • Design and implement machine learning models for NLP, intent recognition, and predictive analytics.
  • Fine-tune LLMs or domain-specific models for enterprise use cases.
  • Application Development
  • Build MCP-based applications for model orchestration and lifecycle management.
  • Develop chatbots and interactive apps to handle business queries on custom datasets.
  • Integrate AI services with enterprise platforms (e.g., Slack, Teams, internal portals).
  • Develop RAG pipelines
  • System Integration
  • Connect AI components with APIs, databases, and cloud services.
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing bot services and monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog).
  • Performance & Quality
  • Optimize models for accuracy, latency, and scalability.
  • Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for AI applications.
  Required Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and NLP frameworks.
  • Experience with MCP platforms, API development, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
  • Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of data visualization, SQL, and JSON-based integrations.
  • Understanding of enterprise security and compliance standards.
  Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience in building chatbots for Slack/Teams or similar platforms.
  2. Exposure to LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
  3. Background in financial services or analytics-driven environments.
