• Your Role
  • As an Adobe Campaign Classic Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning, maintenance, and support of Adobe Campaign Classic platforms for our customers.
  • You will act as the primary point of contact for production issues, system upkeep, and integration-related activities.
  In this role you will play a key role in:
  • Supporting and maintaining customers Adobe Campaign Classic platform.
  • Handling tickets in the production environment and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on recurring issues and implementing permanent fixes.
  • Monitoring workflows and taking corrective actions proactively.
  • Coordinating system-related activities between users and multiple technical teams.
  • Maintaining Adobe Campaign application servers and coordinating with DBAs.
  • Understanding and managing integration of Adobe Campaign with other applications.

  • You are a detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • You can work independently, communicate effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  Top 5 Technical Skills
  • Adobe Campaign Classic (Neolane) Support and development experience (45 years).
  • Adobe Campaign Modules Message Centre, Content Manager, FDA.
  • Programming Languages HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL.
  • Integration Expertise Adobe Campaign with other systems.
  • Basic Unix & SQL Knowledge For troubleshooting and maintenance.
