  Your Role
  • As an Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing personalized customer journeys using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and AJO. 
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, data engineering, and UX to deliver seamless and data-driven customer experiences across channels.
  In This Role, You Will Play a Key Role In:
  • Designing and implementing real-time, personalized customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Integrating AJO with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Real-Time CDP, and other Martech tools.
  • Developing and managing event triggers, decisioning logic, and audience segmentation.
  • Collaborating with marketing and analytics teams to define journey goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Troubleshooting and optimizing journey performance, ensuring high deliverability and engagement.
  • Ensuring compliance with data privacy and governance standards.
  • Staying up to date with Adobe product updates and best practices.

  • Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO): Deep understanding of journey orchestration, event triggers, and personalization.
  • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP): Experience with schemas, datasets, segments, and Real-Time CDP.
  • JavaScript & APIs: Ability to work with REST APIs, webhooks, and custom integrations.
  • Data Modeling & Querying: Proficiency in JSON, XDM schema, and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Marketing Automation & Campaign Tools: Familiarity with Adobe Campaign, Marketo, or similar platforms is a plus.
