Job Description

  • Responsibilities:
    • Lead and deliver multiple Building Management System (BMS) projects across sectors like data centers and commercial buildings.
    • Review project plans, specifications, and tenders to define scope, deliverables, and project schedules.
    • Manage hardware and software design, testing (QC/FAT), and ensure timely delivery within budget.
    • Communicate project status, risks, and progress with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams.
    • Coordinate and mentor design, application, and graphics engineers or subcontractors.
    • Handle customer communications and ensure satisfaction through proactive issue resolution.
    • Conduct technical training sessions and provide mentorship as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
    • Utilize SAP, CORA PPM, and MSP tools to manage project workflow and documentation.
    • Participate in pre-sales estimation, ensuring accurate engineering labor and project sequencing.
    • Drive process adherence, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across teams.
    • Analyze customer feedback to improve project delivery and client satisfaction.
