Job Description
Responsibilities :
Actively contributing across various phases of the project lifecycle, including problem definition, effort estimation, technical diagnosis, solution design, and deployment.
Exploring alternative solutions through research, including literature surveys, publicly available information, and vendor documentation, and developing Proof of Concepts (POCs) as needed.
Translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications, defining future-state processes, and designing scalable, effective solutions.
Supporting the configuration and implementation of solution requirements on the product or platform.
Troubleshooting functional and technical issues by identifying root causes, gathering necessary clarifications, and proposing suitable solution alternatives.
Participating in unit-level and organizational initiatives focused on process improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
Striving to deliver high-quality, value-added solutions that support our clients in their digital transformation journeys.
