  • Inviting applications for the role of Credit Underwriting Specialist / Credit Decisioning Expert.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for underwriting, credit decisioning, and approval of corporate loans, with a focus on risk assessment, financial analysis, and policy compliance.
  Job Requirements:
  • Experience: 8?15 years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking / FIG / Corporate & Investment Banking with exposure to credit decisioning and approval of corporate lines of credit.
  • Proven expertise in Underwriting & Credit Decisioning with credit approval authority for corporate loans.
  • Experience in underwriting mid to large corporate loan cases and presenting them to senior management for review.
  • Core responsibilities include credit risk decisioning, credit risk approvals, and underwriting of corporate exposures.
  • Ability to prepare, review, and finalize credit memos, ensuring compliance with documentation and policy requirements.
  • Responsible for approval/decline signoffs on credit proposals after thorough analysis.
  • Review and authorize deviations raised by underwriters, ensuring adherence to credit policy.
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial statement analysis, cash flow, leverage & liquidity assessment, credit quality review, and assigned value risk analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for interaction with senior stakeholders and credit committees.
