Job Description:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to work with project teams in advising clients on enterprise-wide data integrations and analytics, and to support the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that enhance business decision-making.
Responsibilities:

Advise clients on enterprise-wide data integrations and provide actionable insights.

Create solutions to assess analytics and support business decision-making.
-
Work with client personnel and IBM teams to identify functional requirements and design solutions.
-
Participate in the full lifecycle of design activities, from requirements analysis to systems, application, and process design.
-
Gain cross-platform knowledge of multiple platforms, processes, or architectures.
-
Lead development of ServiceNow Service Mapping solutions.
-
Lead development of ServiceNow CMDB work products and deliverables.
-
Conduct peer reviews of fellow developers? work to ensure quality.
Skills Required:
Core Technical Skills
-
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including Service Mapping and CMDB configuration.

Ability to analyze functional requirements and translate them into actionable ServiceNow solutions.

Experience in designing, building, and deploying integrated HR features on ServiceNow platforms.

Knowledge of service catalog work products and deliverables, including native virtual agents.
Preferred / Good to Have:

Experience with MS Dynamic translation for languages and multi-lingual ServiceNow implementations.

Familiarity with holistic HR feature integration within ServiceNow.
