  We are looking for a highly motivated Application Developer with expertise in Oracle Siebel Development to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring enterprise-level applications that align with our business process requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of Siebel CRM architecture, integration, and customization, as well as hands-on experience in resolving performance and usability challenges.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and configure applications using Oracle Siebel CRM to meet specific business needs.

  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Perform application testing and debugging to ensure software functionality, stability, and performance.

  • Assist in creating and maintaining user documentation, specifications, and technical guides.

  • Contribute independently to project workstreams and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

  • Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices and development standards.

  • Continuously seek opportunities to optimize application efficiency and improve user experience.

  Must-Have Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Siebel Development

  • Solid understanding of Siebel architecture, configuration, scripting, and workflows

  • Proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems

  • Experience with Siebel application integration (e.g., EAI, REST, Web Services)

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of Siebel Open UI

  • Understanding of Agile methodology

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and version control systems

  • Basic understanding of performance tuning techniques
