  • Job Description:

    As an Application Developer, you will design, develop, and configure applications that meet specific business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create innovative solutions, and ensure optimal performance and user experience. You will also be responsible for testing, debugging, and delivering high-quality applications aligned with organizational goals.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Independently design, develop, and configure applications using React.js.

    • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your domain.

    • Participate actively in team discussions and contribute solutions to technical problems.

    • Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows.

    • Ensure applications meet performance, usability, and scalability standards.

    • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with latest technologies and best practices.

    Professional & Technical Skills:

    Must-Have Skills

    • Proficiency in React.js.

    • Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

    • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.

    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

    • Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

    Good-to-Have Skills:

    • Experience integrating third-party APIs.

    • Understanding of UI/UX principles.
