    We are seeking an experienced Application Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components to design, build, and configure applications that align with business process and application requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience developing scalable and high-performance solutions, optimizing user experience, and ensuring seamless integration within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, innovative problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering quality solutions on time.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and customize applications using Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

    • Configure Salesforce features to meet business needs and ensure seamless application integration.

    • Work with Salesforce Service Cloud to enhance customer service capabilities (if applicable).

    • Ensure code quality through regular code reviews and adherence to best practices.

    • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

    • Prepare and maintain technical documentation for application processes and workflows.

    • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

    • Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, tools, and emerging technologies.
