  The Professional, Application Development is responsible for maintaining, integrating, and implementing software applications within the organization. The role involves performing quality assurance, configuration, installation, and support to ensure smooth, stable, and timely implementation of new software and updates to existing applications.

  Responsibilities:

  Application Configuration & Development:

  • Set up and maintain application configurations to meet user and business requirements.

  • Recommend improvements to standard and moderately complex application support processes and procedures.

  • Perform programming, configuration, testing, and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases.

  Application Support & User Communication:

  • Keep open communication channels with users and respond to standard and moderately complex application support requests.

  • Conduct advanced and complex application support activities to deliver business outcomes.

  Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business partners to ensure configurations align with standards and project goals.

  • Handle vendor relationships and contract negotiations.

  Incident & Request Management:

  • Review, analyze, and prioritize incoming incident tickets and user requests.

  Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (typically 3+ years preferred).

  • Previous experience in finance applications, particularly invoice processing.

  • Strong understanding of application development, configuration, and support processes.

  • Willingness to learn and contribute to eInvoicing solutions.

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
