• Job Description:

  We are seeking an IBM Maximo Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor to clients, implementing and supporting IBM Maximo and Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solutions. The role involves system configuration, workflows, integration, migration, cloud deployment, and post-go-live support across enterprise landscapes.

  Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor on IBM Maximo and influence technical decisions.

  • Implement Maximo solutions within defined architectural guardrails and frameworks.

  • Work on Maximo configurations, workflows, and development support.

  • Provide deployment and post-go-live support for IBM Maximo solutions.

  • Lead or support migration of legacy Maximo systems (e.g., 7.6.x) to MAS on OpenShift.

  • Implement MAS Mobile solutions tailored to client-specific use cases.

  • Deploy MAS on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (ROCP) ? on-premise or cloud (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud).

  • Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of MAS components including MAS Core, MAS Manage, MAS Mobile, MAS Monitor, Predict, Health, etc.

  • Configure and integrate MAS with third-party tools, ERP systems, and enterprise identity providers (LDAP, SSO).

  • Provide post-deployment support and knowledge transfer to client IT and support teams.

  • Prepare deployment documentation, configuration guides, and operational runbooks.

  • Stay updated on latest IBM MAS releases and best practices.

  Skills Required:

  Core Technical Skills

  • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, and OOP concepts.

  • Proficiency in SQL and cron tasks; understanding database concepts and migration to DB2.

  • Experience with cloud deployment architectures and MAS deployment on IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP.

  • Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm Charts.

  • IBM Maximo EAM and MAS configuration, workflow setup, and integration.

  • Migration experience from legacy Maximo/EAM systems to MAS.

  Preferred / Good to Have

  • IBM Maximo Certified Deployment Consultant (V7.5 / V7.6).

  • Knowledge of hypervisors such as VMware and virtualization management.

  Professional Skills

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across clients, partners, and IBM teams.

  • Self-motivated problem-solving skills with initiative and curiosity to analyze and present solutions.

  • Ability to mentor and guide teams on Maximo best practices.
