    Summary:
    • As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your day will involve troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues to ensure seamless operations.
    • Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.- Provide timely resolution to software-related issues.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system problems.- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues.- Implement software patches and updates.- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions.- Assist in software testing and quality assurance processes.

    Skills:
    • Experience with test automation tools.
    • Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
