- As an Application Support Engineer, you will serve as a critical resource in ensuring the smooth operation of business systems. You will take on the role of a software detective, troubleshooting and resolving issues across various system components, especially in the domain of Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Your day-to-day activities will involve identifying, analyzing, and resolving software-related issues to maintain seamless business operations.
- Perform duties with minimal supervision, becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the field.
- Active Team Participation: Contribute actively to team discussions and collaborate to find solutions to work-related problems.
- Proactive Issue Resolution: Identify and address software-related issues before they impact operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve system challenges efficiently.
- Software Solutions Implementation: Develop and deploy software enhancements aimed at optimizing system performance.
- System Audits: Conduct regular audits of systems to ensure data integrity, security, and optimal functioning.
- End-User Support: Provide technical support and guidance to users experiencing software-related issues.

- Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- Strong understanding of Database Management Systems (DBMS).
- Experience with troubleshooting and debugging software applications.
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework for service management.
- Hands-on experience with incident management tools and issue tracking.
