    • As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. 
    • You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and resolving technical challenges.
    • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
    • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
    • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
    • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference.
    • Implement system upgrades and enhancements.
    • Provide on-call support for critical system issues.
    • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in O9 Solutions.
    • Strong understanding of system architecture and troubleshooting methodologies.
    • Experience in scripting languages like Python or Shell scripting.
    • Knowledge of SQL databases and query optimization.
    • Familiarity with ITIL framework for incident and problem management.
