Job Description

  • Application Tech Support Practitioner is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting business applications to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations. The role involves identifying issues, providing timely resolutions, monitoring application performance, and collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to improve system stability. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and effective communication with users and stakeholders

    • Provide L1/L2 application support for business applications

    • Monitor application performance and system health

    • Analyze and resolve application, database, and configuration issues

    • Handle incidents, service requests, and problem tickets

    • Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements

    • Perform root cause analysis and document solutions

    • Ensure SLA compliance and timely issue resolution

    • Support application deployments and environment change
