Application Tech Support Practitioner



Job Description

    • Perform basic database operations using SQL and DBMS concepts to store, retrieve, and manage application data.
    • Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot application issues, bugs, and performance problems in development and test environments.
    • Participate in code reviews, debugging sessions, and knowledge-sharing discussions to improve code quality and learning.
    • Learn and work with enterprise platforms such as SAP (ABAP, BTP) or Salesforce (SFDC) based on project requirements.
    • Use Linux environments for application deployment, log monitoring, and basic system-level troubleshooting.
    • Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and best practices while contributing effectively as a fresher in a collaborative team environment.

    • Develop and maintain software applications using Java and related technologies.

    • Understand project requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

    • Work on backend development using Spring Boot framework.

    • Write clean, readable, and maintainable code following coding standards.

    • Assist in developing RESTful APIs for frontend and third-party integrations.
