  • Roles & Responsibilities

    • Lead architecture and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.

    • Optimize data layers (DLO, DMO, DSO) for performance and cost efficiency.

    • Manage ingestion, identity resolution, unification, insights, and activation processes.

    • Integrate Salesforce clouds (Marketing, Sales, Service) and third-party systems.

    • Collaborate with Snowflake, Databricks, MDM teams and ensure governance, security, and compliance.
