Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Sourcing of the indirect spend categories.
- Rate and manage performance of suppliers, ensure supplier performance of all contracts.
- Ensuring that the services are as per the contracts.
- Will have to scout for better suppliers and maintain supplier catalogs.
- Will perform basic spend analytics in order to identify best available market price for the ongoing project.
- Should be able to effectively manage internal / external customers and stakeholders.
- Will be responsible for savings targets, timely deliveries, customer satisfaction.
- Carry out all reporting requirements accurately and within the specified time scales.
- Receipt and verification of purchase requisition from requestors.
- Maintain contract templates and manage the contract approval flow of executed sourcing activities.
- Ensure all activities are compliant with policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain templates and data library in collaboration with Customer.
- Update / create standard operating procedures and process maps.
