• Job Description:

  We are hiring an Automation Test Engineer with strong experience in Selenium and Java. You will be responsible for developing automation frameworks, executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with consulting teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This role also offers opportunities to contribute to digital transformation initiatives, research, and innovation through Proof of Concepts (POCs).

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium with Java.

  • Execute and analyze automated test cases; log and track defects.

  • Work with consulting teams on:

    • Problem definition, effort estimation, and solution design.

    • Requirement gathering and detailed test specification creation.

    • Deployment and configuration of automated test solutions.

  • Troubleshoot automation issues, identify root causes, and recommend fixes.

  • Conduct POCs and evaluate new tools, technologies, and automation approaches.

  • Ensure comprehensive coverage of functional, regression, and integration testing.

  • Contribute to best practices, frameworks, and organizational quality initiatives.

  • Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver with Java.

  • Experience with Test Frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber).

  • Knowledge of API testing (Postman, RestAssured).

  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Git).

  • Experience with Defect Management tools (JIRA, ALM).

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

  Soft Skills:
