  We are hiring Automation Test Engineers with 3 to 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Automation Testing, Selenium, and Java. You will play a key role in contributing to various phases of the consulting and development lifecycle.

  Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the consulting team during all project phases including problem definition, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.

  • Conduct research on solution alternatives using public domain information, literature surveys, and vendor evaluations.

  • Create requirement specifications based on business needs and define to-be processes and functional designs.

  • Configure solution requirements, diagnose root causes of issues, and identify effective solutions.

  • Build proof-of-concepts (POCs) for proposed solutions.

  • Support the delivery of high-quality, value-adding solutions through unit-level and organizational contributions.

  • Assist clients in their digital transformation journey with strong automation solutions.
