Infosys is hiring Selenium Automation Testers with 3+ years of experience to join our innovative team across PAN India. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Automation Testing, Selenium, Java, and C#, who are passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions and driving digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java/C#.
Analyze business and technical requirements to create detailed test scenarios and strategies.
Perform test automation for regression, functional, and integration testing.
Identify, log, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining quality standards.
Work collaboratively with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to ensure optimal coverage and quality.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
Research and evaluate new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve automation efficiency.
Contribute to organizational initiatives aimed at improving test quality and process efficiency.
Key Skills:
Mandatory Skills: Automation Testing, Selenium, Java, C#
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
Hands-on experience in test case design, automation framework development, and test execution.
Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM) and test management systems.
Familiarity with API testing and CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
