• Job Description:

  We are hiring Automation Test Engineers with 3?5 years of experience in Selenium and Java. The role involves designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify issues, suggest improvements, and contribute to the overall success of client projects.

  Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with consulting and development teams in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, design, and deployment.

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with Java.

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into test cases and automation frameworks.

  • Explore solution alternatives through research, literature surveys, vendor evaluation, and proof-of-concept (POC) development.

  • Create requirement specifications, define processes, and develop functional designs based on client needs.

  • Configure solutions and troubleshoot issues by identifying root causes and providing fixes.

  • Perform unit testing, regression testing, and system integration testing.

  • Ensure test coverage, maintain automation frameworks, and improve testing efficiency.

  • Contribute to team and organizational initiatives focused on delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions.

  • Support clients in their digital transformation journey by ensuring product quality and reliability.

  Skills Required:

  Mandatory Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in Automation Testing.

  • Hands-on experience in Selenium with Java.

  • Knowledge of automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Maven, or similar).

  • Experience with API testing (Rest Assured, Postman).

  • Proficiency in SQL/Database testing.

  Additional Technical Skills (Good to Have):

  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker).

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.

  • Experience with defect management tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, HP ALM).

  Professional & Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to diagnose issues, identify alternatives, and implement solutions.
