Job Description

• Responsibilities:

  • Work with the consulting team across various project phases including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.

  • Explore alternative solutions through research, literature surveys, vendor evaluations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).

  • Translate business requirements into system specifications and define to-be processes with detailed functional designs.

  • Support in configuring solution requirements, troubleshoot and diagnose issues, identify root causes, and recommend solution alternatives.

  • Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with the aim of delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions to clients.

  • Play a key role in Infosys? digital transformation initiatives, enabling clients to adopt modern, scalable solutions.
