Job Description

• Job Responsibilities :

  • Actively support the consulting team across different project phases including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.

  • Create requirement specifications from business needs and define to-be processes with detailed functional and test designs.

  • Conduct research, explore alternative solutions, and build Proof of Concepts (POCs) for test automation frameworks.

  • Configure and maintain test environments, identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide effective solutions.

  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure quality deliverables.

  • Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives.

  • Contribute to organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-driven solutions for clients.

  Required Skills (Mandatory)

  • Strong hands-on experience in Automation Testing with Selenium and Java.

  • Expertise in test frameworks like TestNG / JUnit.

  • Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle management.

  • Knowledge of REST API testing (Postman/RestAssured).

  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git) and test reporting tools.

  Preferred Skills

  • Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, JBehave).

  • Knowledge of SQL for data validation.

  • Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).

  • Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
