Job Description

• Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the consulting team in various phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.

  • Explore and evaluate alternative solutions through research, literature surveys, public domain resources, and vendor evaluations; develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) where applicable.

  • Create detailed requirement specifications from business needs, define to-be processes, and prepare functional designs.

  • Configure solution requirements on products, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and identify solution alternatives.

  • Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts using Selenium and Java.

  • Support integration of automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines and maintain testing best practices.

  • Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to ensure high-quality, value-adding solutions.

  Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in Selenium and Java for automation testing.

  • Strong understanding of automation frameworks and testing methodologies.

  • Experience in requirement analysis, troubleshooting, and solution design.

  • Good knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
