  Key Responsibilities:

  A day in the life of an Infoscion:

  • Work closely with the consulting team across different phases of the project lifecycle ? from problem definition, effort estimation, and diagnosis to solution generation, design, and deployment.

  • Evaluate alternative testing strategies through research, industry literature, public sources, and vendor information; develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate feasibility.

  • Translate business requirements into testable functional specifications and automate test cases accordingly.

  • Configure test environments, diagnose root causes of issues, suggest clarifications, and identify potential solution paths.

  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with Java.

  • Ensure product quality by contributing to test strategies, regression suites, and continuous integration pipelines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and improve testing processes.

  • Participate in organizational initiatives aimed at enhancing overall delivery quality and effectiveness.

  Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong experience in Automation Testing

  • Proficiency with Selenium and Java

  • Understanding of automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, Page Object Model)

  • Good knowledge of SDLC/STLC and defect lifecycle

  • Experience with tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven is a plus

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
