Role And Responsibilities- Be the catalyst who creates possibilities, solves problems, and establishes working relationships with enterprise customers. The IBM Solution Architecture team is looking for an Account Solutions Architect for enterprise, commercial /partner eco system to join us in New Delhi and Mumbai and other locations in India.
- In this role, you will help our customers make good investments in their digital transformation journeys that will give them maximum flexibility in the future, allowing them to work faster and more efficiently. You'll support field sales government account managers in managing large government accounts and businesses. You'll be expected to use your expertise and passion to identify and create business solutions across multiple technology platforms at the enterprise level. As an Account Solutions Architect, you'll need to have excellent communication and people skills because you'll be a crucial part of the first experience our customers have with Red Hat.
Technical And Professional Experience- 7+ years of experience working in a customer-facing presales technology adviser role aligned with enterprise customers and partners.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience architecting complex solutions that meet current and future customer requirements.
- Ability to look at the solutions holistically.
- Advanced knowledge of Unix or Linux operating systems, preferably in the form of Red Hat's platform solutions like Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, Red Hat Enterprise OpenShift, OpenShift AI and other related technologies.
- Deep knowledge of open source cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions like Red Hat OpenStack Platform, Red Hat OpenShift, or other industry alternatives.
- Knowledge of technologies around application development, middleware, and cloud, including modern best practices around these demonstrated records of developing relationships with engineering and executive teams throughout large enterprise IT organizations.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations , product demos and lead technical and business discussions with C-level executives.
- Experience coordinating proofs of concepts from concept to business closure stages
