Job Description

• Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze customer requirements from RFP/RFI documents.
  • Prepare detailed scope, functional, and non-functional requirement documents.
  • Design workflow charts, diagrams, and specifications based on customer needs.
  • Coordinate with project managers, pre-sales, architects, and delivery teams to ensure accurate solutioning.
  • Conduct research and analysis to understand system capabilities and business processes.
  • Communicate customer feedback and required changes to delivery teams.
  • Review and validate proposed solutions, demos, and prototypes before client presentation.
  • Support QA team through testing phases and ensure complete requirement coverage.
  • Perform integration and user acceptance testing to confirm successful implementation.
  • Define and plan project milestones, deliverables, and timelines with the project manager.
  • Ensure high-quality and timely delivery to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain regular interaction with clients for clarifications, feedback, and relationship building.
  • Share expertise and insights across teams to improve domain knowledge.
  • Write and contribute to whitepapers, research papers, and reusable project components.
  • Conduct market research to ensure updated and relevant business inputs.
