    Role
    • Identify process improvement opportunities
    • Charter a process improvement project
    • Work as a team along with process owners and functional teams
    • Evaluate financial impact / savings due to the process improvements
    • Work to ensure sustainability of the improvements
    Required skills
    1. Minitab or other statistical application
    2. CMMI level 5 High Maturity Model
    3. Agile, Kaizen
    4. Personal Qualities:
    5. Self-starter
    6. Excellent team player
    7. Good process analysis skills
    8. Excellent communication skills
