Job Description

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop end-to-end Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Architect and optimize BI data models to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Lead and mentor BI developers and analysts, providing technical guidance and best practices.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all BI implementations.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources and perform transformations for reporting.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for BI solutions and processes.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to improve data workflows and ETL pipelines.
  • Drive BI adoption across the organization through training and user support.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance BI tools, frameworks, and standards to align with business goals.
