- Responsibilities-
- Design and develop new product features using Agile methodologies.
- Be part of the L3 support team and investigate and resolve issues as they arise in the product or reported by customers
- Document design alternatives, design decisions, development progress, and unit test results in our Change Management system
- Provide information to and work effectively with our Documentation, Quality Engineering, and Performance teams.
- Comply with all professional departmental as well as company best practices.
