Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Provide L2?L3 level production support for front-end and mobile application issues.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve application, infrastructure, and performance-related problems.
    • Design, deploy, and scale app infrastructure within the AWS Cloud environment.
    • Collaborate with development, engineering, and architecture teams to ensure seamless operations.
    • Implement monitoring and automation using AWS tools such as Watchdog and Lambda.
    • Participate in Agile development cycles, using tools like JIRA for sprint tracking and issue management.
    • Ensure system reliability, availability, and scalability across distributed systems.
    • Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting best practices in cloud operations and DevOps.
    • Manage project activities from resourcing to billing, ensuring timely delivery.
    • Communicate effectively with business, operations, and technical stakeholders to resolve issues.
    • Support banking and credit card mobile applications with continuous improvement and enhancements.
