    • Optimize applications for performance, usability, and reliability
    • Participate in testing and debugging to ensure high quality software delivery
    • Work independently and grow into a subject matter expert role
    • Contribute actively to team discussions and provide solutions to work related problems
    • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
