Job Description

• Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project goals are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding the development process to align with best practices and organizational standards. You will also engage in strategic planning to enhance application performance and user experience, ensuring that the solutions provided are both innovative and effective.
  Roles & Responsibilities:
  1. Expected to be an SME.
  2. Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  3. Responsible for team decisions.
  4. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  5. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  6. Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
  7. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and objectives.
  Professional & Technical Skills:
  Must To Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
  • Strong understanding of application architecture and design patterns.
  • Experience with web services and RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
