  • We are seeking a skilled Python professional to build robust data pipelines, integrate diverse APIs (including Large Language Models), extract critical insights from various data sources, and automate data reporting to drive key business decisions
    Shift Pattern A: 12:30 PM - 10:00 PM
    Shift Pattern B: 2:30 PM - 12:00 AM
    Responsibilities
    • We are seeking a skilled Python professional to build robust data pipelines, integrate diverse APIs (including Large Language Models), extract critical insights from various data sources, and automate data reporting to drive key business decisions.
    • API & LLM Integration: Develop and maintain Python solutions for secure and efficient integration with internal/external RESTful APIs and Large Language Models (LLMs) for data retrieval, processing, and content generation.
    • Database & Data Extraction: Connect to and extract data from Microsoft SQL Server using Python and optimized SQL queries, including parsing and transforming data from documents like PDFs.
    • Data Processing & Analysis: Perform complex data manipulation, cleaning, and analysis using Python libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) to deliver actionable insights.
    • Automation & Reporting: Automate end-to-end data ingestion, processing, and reporting workflows, generating user-friendly Excel outputs and leveraging LLM capabilities for data structuring and summarization.
    • Proactive Automation: Proactively identify and implement Python-based solutions for ad-hoc or sudden tasks to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and streamline team operations.
    • Optimization & Collaboration: Troubleshoot, optimize, and scale Python scripts and data processes, collaborating with teams to deliver tailored data solutions.HR Process Expertise: Possess thorough knowledge of core HR processes
    • Data Analysis & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards, metrics, and KPI reports to track workforce trends, turnover analysis, recruitment effectiveness, and employee engagement patterns for leadership decision-making.
    • Advanced Excel Proficiency: Demonstrate expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, advanced formulas, data visualization, to analyze complex HR datasets and create comprehensive reports
    • Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical methods and analytical techniques to identify workforce trends, predict future HR needs, conduct compensation analysis, and provide insights on employee retention and satisfaction metrics
    • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR data collection processes, automate routine reporting tasks, and implement best practices for data management and analysis workflows.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with HR business partners, talent acquisition teams, and senior leadership to understand analytical requirements and translate business questions into data-driven solutions and recommendations.
