    Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Design, develop, and publish interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Build efficient data models, DAX calculations, measures, and transformations.
  • Manage datasets, scheduled refresh, workspace environments, and security levels.

    Data Engineering & SQL

  • Write optimized SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate structured/unstructured data.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, integrations, and ETL workflows (preferably using Microsoft Fabric or similar technologies).
  • Ensure data quality, data validation, and accuracy across all reports.

    Advanced Data Analysis

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights for business decisions.
  • Perform root cause analysis and build analytical models for lending-domain processes.
  • Use Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, Power Query, Macros, Lookups) for exploratory analysis.

    Lending Domain

  • Interpret and analyze lending-related data such as loan disbursement, credit risk, delinquency, collections, etc.
  • Work closely with business teams to understand domain KPIs and convert them into BI solutions.

    Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with product, finance, operations, and risk teams to deliver insights.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Present analytics findings in a clear, structured, and business-friendly manner.

    Continuous Improvement

  • Optimize existing dashboards and SQL queries for performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and analytics best practices.
  • Document BI processes, datasets, data dictionary, and standards.
