Job Description

    • Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines that are scalable, reliable, secure, and cost-effective

    • Develop and enhance analytics infrastructure to support business reporting, metrics generation, ML models, and statistical analysis
    • Manage and optimize AWS data services such as Glue, Redshift, MWAA (Airflow), EMR, and Lambda
    • Ensure high availability and performance of production data pipelines
    • Monitor data workflows, identify failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical data solutions
    • Partner with software engineering teams to integrate data models and analytics logic into portal-based application
    • Implement data quality checks, governance, and best practices
    • Optimize data processing for cost, performance, and scalability
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
    • Design and implement modern data products that improve customer experience
    • Mentor and train junior Data Engineers, providing technical guidance and best practices
    • Work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a strong customer-obsessed mindset
