Job Description

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, train, and deploy advanced Data Science and Machine Learning solutions with a strong focus on NLP and Generative AI.
  • Build, fine-tune, and serve LLMs using Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, MCP, and similar technologies.
  • Develop and manage intelligent agent-based systems for complex business workflows.
  • Apply deep learning and generative modeling techniques including Transformers, GANs, and VAEs for NLP use cases.
  • Perform model training, re-training, and optimization in data-sparse environments.
  • Implement prompt engineering strategies for instruction-based LLMs and improve model reliability.
  • Design and develop Python-based solutions and mentor developers based on business requirements.
  • Work with paid (Azure OpenAI) and open-source LLMs to build scalable AI solutions.
  • Design and maintain data pipelines, perform data preprocessing, and ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Develop and implement guardrails to mitigate hallucinations and analyze LLM behavior.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
  • Deploy and optimize generative AI models in cloud-native environments on AWS and Azure.
  • Communicate model behavior, limitations, and AI risks clearly to business stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI frameworks.
  • Guide and mentor junior data scientists and contribute to team growth and best practices.
