- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Expert specializing in Firewall FW technologies to join our Site Infrastructure team
- The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing deploying and supporting network and firewall infrastructures for remote sites ensuring adherence to architectural standards providing expert assistance for complex issues and guaranteeing compliance with group policies
Key Responsibilities:- Deployment Support
- Assist Delivery Managers in the deployment of new Demand DMND requests
- The role will be to deploy flow matrix respecting group security standards
- Ensure compliance with group security standards
- Solution Design
- Based on deployment standards defined by architects design the firewall design and flow matrix to be deployed for remote sites
- Escalate to network architects or security architects any doubt or concern regarding design or implementation or unexpected behaviour
- Problem Management Support
- Support the Managed Service Provider MSP in the context of problem management concerning firewall topics
- Incident Management Support
- Support the Operation Manager in the management of complex incidents concerning firewall topics
- Policy Enforcement
- Ensure the proper compliance with GDSD group policies
- Proven experience as a Solution Expert or similar role with a strong focus on firewall and network infrastructure
- In depth knowledge of network design principles and security best practices
- Experience with various firewall technologies and network devices
- Ability to translate architectural standards into practical deployment designs
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Autonomy and leadership are a must
- Familiarity with IT service management ITSM processes including incident and problem management
- Understanding of and experience with group IT policies and compliance
- Technologies Palo alto Cisco ASA fortinet
