Job Description

• Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer requirements and define project KPIs to ensure successful delivery.
  • Implement and manage development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure.
  • Plan team structure, roles, and resource involvement in project management activities.
  • Manage stakeholders and external interfaces, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Set up required tools, platforms, and infrastructure for DevOps operations.
  • Define and maintain development, testing, release, update, and support processes.
  • Review, verify, and validate software code quality developed by the team.
  • Perform troubleshooting and bug fixing across applications and environments.
  • Monitor processes throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence and drive continuous improvement.
  • Promote and implement automation-first approaches to reduce manual effort and waste.
  • Identify and deploy cybersecurity measures, including vulnerability assessments and risk management.
  • Handle incident management, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions.
  • Ensure effective coordination and communication within teams and with customers.
  • Continuously improve DevOps practices to enhance reliability, scalability, and performance.
