  Design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications, ensuring 100% adherence to quality assurance standards before deployment at the client end.

  Responsibilities:

  1. Requirement Analysis & Design

  • Gather and analyze client requirements; translate into feasible software designs.

  • Study system flows, data usage, and work processes to design solutions.

  • Conduct root cause analysis of issues and identify system performance improvements.

  • Collaborate with project managers, functional teams, and analysts for detailed investigations.

  2. Coding & Development

  • Develop and modify software to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, enhance performance, or upgrade interfaces.

  • Evaluate feasibility through analysis, requirements assessment, and problem definition.

  • Automate software validation processes; design and execute test cases/scenarios.

  • Prepare accurate project documentation, status reports, and clear code comments.

  • Ensure bug-free, efficient code following project norms and standards.

  3. Customer Interaction & Reporting

  • Capture and clarify requirements with clients for smooth project execution.

  • Provide timely status updates, documentation, and quality deliverables.

  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with programming best practices and technologies.

  • Maintain professional customer communication and resolve feedback promptly.
