  We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with hands-on experience in building efficient, scalable backend systems and integrating advanced technologies like AIOps tools and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Python frameworks, backend architecture, and modern software integration practices.

  Responsibilities:

  • Core Development:

    • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using Python.

    • Develop backend components to improve application performance and responsiveness.

    • Use frameworks like Django and Flask for backend development.

  • Architecture & Integration:

    • Design and implement add-ons for AIOps tools and DevOps pipelines.

    • Work on Generative AI (Gen AI) use cases, including prompt design and API integration.

    • Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

  • Performance & Reliability:

    • Ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

    • Debug and resolve technical issues; conduct unit testing and code reviews.

  • Security & Best Practices:

    • Implement secure coding practices and ensure data protection compliance.

    • Understand and handle Python?s multi-process architecture and threading limitations.

  • Front-End Coordination:

    • Collaborate with front-end developers and be familiar with JavaScript and HTML5.

  • Business Impact:

    • Understand user requirements and help assess, prioritize, and implement feature requests.

  • Strong proficiency in Python and its frameworks (Django, Flask).
