  • Digital Technology Manager
  • Ability to lead others and work effectively with users and company colleagues in globally distributed cross functional organization to mature solutions through delivery and post deployment.? Work with product managers, other technology leaders and customer stakeholders to define and track key product performance indicators (KPIs), Product Critical To Quality & release-specific success metrics.
  •  Proven track record of successful project delivery and leadership for a on-shore/off-shore team structure
  •  Experience working in a global company or corporate environment.
  •  Proven Experience in Technical Roles: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software development, quality assurance, or related technical roles, with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams in delivering complex digital and connected technology solutions.
  •  Familiarity with connected technologies and IoT solutions is desirable.
  •  Successfully managing, prioritizing, and assessing the impact of all work items, such as new features, defects, including providing the decisions on when to create, fix or defer at the detailed project delivery level.
