    • Inviting applications for the role of Domain Trainee - Financial Planning & Analysis (Budgeting & Forecasting)
    Responsibilities:
    • Forecasting & Budgeting - Manage periodic forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets
    • Financial Reporting - Prepare monthly management reports, variance analyses, and business performance dashboards for leadership review
    • Business Insights - Deliver data-driven insights through trend analysis, scenario modelling, and profitability reviews to support strategic and operational decisions
    • Performance Management - Monitor key financial and operational KPIs, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions to improve performance and cost efficiency
    • Continuous Improvement - Enhance forecasting models, reporting processes, and analytical tools to improve accuracy, agility, and decision support
    • Minimum Qualifications:
    • Commerce Graduate / Postgraduate
    • Relevant years of experience in managing Insurance FP&A processes
    • Experience in working with an insurance client
    Preferred Skill Set:
    1. Thorough knowledge of the Accounting Procedures
    2. Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
    3. Experience with accounting software, like SAP ECC, EPM tools, etc.
    4. Computer literacy, MS Excel in particular (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
    5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and succinctly articulate issues to senior management
    6. Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
    7. Self-starter, with ability to work under own initiative
    8. Strong time management skills
    9. Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information.
