    AI & Application Development
  • Design, develop, and maintain AI-enhanced business applications for front-office teams.
  • Integrate advanced AI APIs (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services) into existing systems.
  • Build automation solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Services.
  • Implement natural language capabilities to improve workflows and decision-making.
  • Create real-time, AI-driven user interfaces using React or Angular.
    Full Stack Engineering
  • Develop robust and scalable applications using C#, .NET, SQL, TypeScript.
  • Build and maintain high-traffic APIs and backend services.
  • Implement clean, secure, modular and performance-oriented code.
  • Use Azure PaaS services (App Services, Azure Functions, APIM, Key Vault, etc.).
    AI/ML & Prompt Engineering
  • Design & optimize prompts using few-shot learning, chaining, and function calling.
  • Develop LLM-based tools, agents, chat flows and services.
  • Work with AI coding copilots (Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve development speed.
  • Fine-tune ML/LLM models and integrate NLP workflows.
    Collaboration & Processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, BAs, and cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in code reviews, peer programming, and architectural discussions.
  • Communicate with internal enablement & external vendors for AI integration.
  • Follow Agile (Scrum/Kanban) practices and track progress using DORA metrics.
    Data & Cloud
  • Work with SQL, Cosmos DB, Data Factory, DataLake, ETL pipelines.
  • Use IaC tools (Terraform / Bicep) for infrastructure deployments.
